Hello! This patch removes [some of the] obsolete autoconf macros, so auto* things do not complain any more. It also removes the `autogen.sh' script, since its job can be done with a simple autoreconf -i command (in fact, according to autoconf documentation, this is the recommended way to bootstrap a project).
