Greetings! Today marks the 25th anniversary of the first public release of GiNaC. (Normally, we would have thrown a big party near its original birthplace, but that has unfortunately been torn down a while ago 😅: https://gutenberg-netzwerk.uni-mainz.de/aktuelles/abriss-des-inter-1-eine-ca...) Many thanks to everyone who has contributed to GiNaC over all those years! Bye, Christian -- / Physics is an algorithm \/ www.cebix.net
It is indeed a significant jubilee, Christian! Being in active use and attracting new users/contributes for such period is an obvious proof of the achievement. And it will not be possible without the knowledge and dedication of the Founding Fathers who were brave to start typing their code to a newly created file. -- Vladimir V. Happy birthday GiNaC and all the users, yesterday, I just created a code for linear transformation from Linear Algebra yesterday with GiNaC, it is really handy to tackle problems like this. Hopefully I can contribute for the symbolic integration, the integration by parts area. Le mer. 27 nov. 2024 à 03:51, Christian Bauer via GiNaC-list < ginac-list@ginac.de> a écrit :
