Dear Alexei,
Instead of hard-coding incorrect dependences, let pkg-config do its job.

After doing a number of tests I committed the other patches by Alexei canonizing pkg-config and ditching ginac-config and ginac.m4 (with only minor modifications). The problems pointed out by Alexei are convincing [0]. Packagers of software using GiNaC should switch to pkg-config in their configury. -richy.
