It appears like the compiler fails to emit code for the PROVIDE/REQUIRE
macros defined in cln/modules.h or something similar.  This is a known bug
in your environment.  I'm still waiting for somebody knowledgeable about
the MacOS X toolchain who understands the problem and can provide a patch
for CLN.
